Ryan Secret, from Orlando, Florida, has amassed over 122,000 fans on his Instagram account @Ryansecret with the help of his mother. The diminutive model with a Bruno Mars hairstyle even counts Khloe Kardashian as a fan after she re-posted a photo of him modelling the Kardashian Kids collection last year. Ryan's mother Sandra, 30, spends between $100 and $200 (£70 and £140) a week dressing him.
