The spokesman of the Nigerian Army, Sani Usman, in a statement has disassociated the Army from a planned celebration of book haram ‘success’. According to him, the Army is not part of the celebration, because they see it as a distraction even though the organisers mean well. He therefore ordered them to be cautious.
